California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Notice

This California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") Notice supplements our main Privacy Policy and provides additional information for California residents regarding their privacy rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (collectively, "CCPA").
Pipeline On ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of California residents and complying with the CCPA.

6.2 Right to Delete
You have the right to request that we delete the personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions permitted by law.
6.3 Right to Correct
You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
6.4 Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing
You have the right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise this right, you may:

6.5 Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information

6.6 Right to Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. We will not:
- Deny you goods or services
- Charge you different prices or rates
- Provide you with a different level or quality of goods or services
- Suggest you will receive a different price or rate, or different level or quality of goods or services
7. How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise your CCPA rights, you may submit a request by:

7.1 Verification
When you submit a request, we will verify your identity to protect your privacy and security. We may ask you to provide information that matches what we have on file, such as your email address.
7.2 Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. If you use an authorized agent, we may require proof of the agent's authorization and verification of your identity.
7.3 Response Time
We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days of receipt. If we need more time (up to an additional 45 days), we will notify you in writing.
8. Financial Incentives
We do not offer financial incentives or price or service differences in exchange for the retention or sale of personal information.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. The retention period depends on the context and type of information.
10. "Do Not Track" Signals
Some browsers have a "Do Not Track" feature. At this time, we do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. However, we do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing request.
11. Shine the Light
Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83 ("Shine the Light"), California residents may request a list of the categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year. 12. Changes to This Notice
We may update this CCPA Notice from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new notice on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date.
